Consumer Union
You do not have to stand alone as a customer.
Organise yourself with other customers of the same company in a consumer union. Together you can make your voices heard, put forward demands collectively and leave if the company does not listen. Organised customers can act together to improve corporate behaviour and thereby improve society.

Why consumer unions
The company is organised. Its customers rarely are.
Companies have management, lawyers and communications departments. Customers usually meet them one at a time. A consumer union is a democratic membership organisation that makes the customer relationship a shared matter.
Organised voice
Customers can gather experiences, elect representatives, formulate demands and negotiate with the company.
Organised potential exit
Customers can prepare a joint boycott or a joint switch, and first show how many are ready to act if the company does not change.
Conditional loyalty
Customers can stay, return or start buying if certain conditions are met. A union organises more than discontent.
Three steps. Then you are organised.
Step 1
Join
Find the company and join its consumer union. It takes seconds.
Step 2
State your relationship
Customer, former customer, potential customer or boycotting. That is enough.
Step 3
Stay ready
You only hear from us when your action actually makes a difference.
